Knolls Crossing is owned and operated by a local New Braunfels area couple and was created from a vision of something truly special through blood, sweat and tears over a course of the past 20 years. In the very beginning the Knolls Crossing building served as a restaurant and store for the locals but was built and designed with the hope that one day it would serve as a beautiful wedding and events venue. Unfortunately, the store and restaurant closed due to the recession in 2008 and was not able to move further towards the dream. The building then sat, occupied by the same family for years, who in the interim offered antiques and large tarps to the masses in order to keep a grip on the property.  In early 2019 through much prayer the couple decided to take a leap of faith in order to fulfill its original mission of bringing truly memorable experiences to the Greater New Braunfels Area.

After many discussions and meetings, the decision was made to walk by faith and take the plunge. They named the property Knolls Crossing, a name derived from the rich history of the property which in the past was referred to as “The Crossing” by early settlers. This family worked tirelessly using what they had, with where they were at that moment to bring this building to life allowing it to fulfill its original calling. Based on strong faith in God and determination they quickly realized after they set off on their journey of bringing joy that nothing would stand in their way. Thus, Knolls Crossing was born.
